"Toward a Democratic Catholic Church", presented by Mr. James Carroll, author, on Sunday, April 6, 2008, 6:30-9:00 pm at Holy Family Parish Hall by St. Joseph Church, 11 Sparhawk Street, Amesbury, MA.
VOTF affiliates: North Shore, Lynn & Seacoast in collaboration with Boston College, Department of Theology, sponsor Living Christ's Mercy Today. Mr. Carroll is a well-known author and presenter. He attended Georgetown University before entering the seminary. He has a BA and MA from St. Paul's College, Paulist Father's Seminary in Washington. He was the Catholic Chaplain at Boston University from 1969-1974. He left the priesthood to become a writer. Lecture, discussion and refreshments. Financial contributions welcome.
