 "Who could have imagined, who could have foretold,...who would dare believe, what would come to pass"?..... (Taken from text of "Shadows" describing the crucifixion...!!) Well,...
"Shadows" has passed...., but, not the incredible fact of the way the family of Ste. Anne (you, my friends...!) responded to the Music Ministry's call for financial help to actually make it happen...! You were overwhelmingly generous...giving us enough money to pay for the full orchestral expense, the printing of the beautiful, new colored programs. and,.. still more for the other miscellaneous expenses THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The music ministry... cannot say.. THANK YOU ENOUGH...!!!!!!!!! However, we can assure you that we will continue to lovingly serve you to the best of our ability, in making worship at Ste. Anne, a spirit-filled experience through prayerful song. Equally gratifying, was the attendance at Shadows... We surpassed the numbers of the last two performances in 2003 and 2004. The spirit of the Lord was truly with us that evening,... everybody was moved,...performers and assembly, alike...! Again...Thank you and God Bless You abundantly...! Joe Stella and the Ste. Anne Music Ministry... For those of you who were not able to attend (and wished you could have), and,... for those who would like to have a remembrance of the evening...I am delighted to say that it was filmed it (in its entirety)... and a DVD is available, which if you like, we could take orders to make it available to you by emailing Joseph Stella. Music Ministry
We provide an Adult Choir and Handbell Choir. We are dedicated to providing the assembly with music that is both participatory and prayerful. Workshops, seminars, lectures, and conventions are regularly attended by the director, soloists, cantors, and choir members. We strive to provide our "parish family" with music that inspires and touches the deepest part of our emotions, and evokes those emotions that respond with "Christ-like" actions.
