ImageThe Parish Pastoral Council has come up with a list of guidelines that we would like everyone who uses our buildings to follow.

These rules have been designed to ensure that our children are kept safe, and that our property is also kept safe and well maintained. Please read these and implement them when using the facilities.

  1. Use of the family room is not permitted unless the book at the rectory has been signed.

  2. Make sure the rectory knows which rooms in the building will be used, along with the times and the duration that they will be used.

  3. If you remove chairs or tables, they must be returned immediately after your meeting.

  4. Items in the refrigerators are not to be removed or consumed unless they are yours.

  5. Permission must be given to use TVs or VCRs belonging to the Religious Education program.

  6. Erase chalkboards if you use them and wash if necessary (do not leave chalk on ledge or where others can get it).

  7. All lights upstairs and down (including bathroom lights) must be turned off before leaving the building.

  8. Heat must be turned down.

  9. All windows should be closed prior to leaving the building.

  10. Classrooms should be locked.

  11. All trash must be removed from the site unless left on trash pickup day.

  12. No bikes, skateboards or rollerblades are allowed in the building.

  13. The front door should be monitored or kept locked if children are inside.

  14. Make sure that all participating adults have completed the necessary CORI forms.

  15. Keys should be restricted only to leaders of your organization (we will compile a list of keyholders).

  16. No trash bags or white elephant items are to be left in the entrance hall.  Call the rectory or bazaar committee to find out where they can be dropped off.

  17. No furniture, fixtures or equipment are to be removed from the building.

These rules are to be followed, especially for the protection of our children.

Thank you!

Parish Pastoral Council
