The next Bazaar meeting will be Monday, August 30th at 7 pm in the School Hall. Please read below for more important updates and information about the upcoming Bazaar:
Grandma's Attic needs your unwanted treasures, especially jewelry. We still need volunteers to get everything in Grandma's Attic ready by cleaning, sorting and pricing items. We also need volunteers during the Bazaar. Sign up sheets will be in the back of church for volunteers to sign up for both days.
The Grocery Booth is accepting the following donations from August 23rd - September 5th: Kleenix, Toilet paper, Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Trash bags, Tin foil, Paper Towels (individually wrapped).
Are you a crafter? Handmade items are wanted for our craft table.
The Odd Gift Wheel still needs volunteers to run it. Don't let this great booth close! It's one of the few booths that kids are drawn to for the interesting choice of prizes available. Simple booth to run - please consider volunteering your time!
Raffle tickets are coming in slow but steady. If you haven't sent yours in, please do so soon and pick up some more books at the back of church - increase your odds!
Booth Captains - if you can't make the meeting on August 30th, please let Don Wark or Judy Ware know. This is possibly the last meeting before the big day(s) so it's important that all booth captains are available.
Thank you for your continued support. It's not too late to volunteer, every little bit helps, whether it's your time running a booth, helping in Grandma's Attic, making crafts, baking candy, it all contributes to a successful event.
