Looking for the most up-to-date information on the upcoming Bazaar? Here it is! Read below for information on raffles, baked good needs, and ways you can assist us in making this the best bazaar ever! Our final bazaar meeting is September 20th at 7 pm in the School Hall. Please join us as we finalize plans for the big weekend.
Grandma's Attic:
We still need volunteers to get everything cleaned, sorted and priced. We also need lots of volunteers to work in Grandma's Attic during the bazaar itself. Sign up in back of church, call the rectory, or see Don Wark or Judy Ware for more information.
Handcrafted Nantucket Purse:
Raffle tickets for this lovely Nantucket purse will be on sale in the back of church after each Mass. If you haven't taken a chance, it's not too late to enter for your chance to win this beautiful, handmade purse!
Handmade Quilt:
Tickets will be on sale in the back of church after each Mass and the quilt will be on display.
Grocery Booth:
Donations being accepted for one more week. Please leave your donations in the back of church. We are also accepting grocery store gift certificates of any denomination. Gift cards should be dropped off at the rectory.
Crafts:
The Ste. Anne Crafters will be having a Special Preview Showing/Sale following the Masses on Saturday and Sunday, September 25th and 26th. There will be earrings made with vintage beads, holiday theme, winter theme, sand dollars, hand crafted cards, crocheted Christmas cards, all occasion cards, and other wonderful crafts. Don't miss this opportunity to get a juimp start on your Christmas shopping for family or yourself! Bring your cash and checks.
New Arrival: 40" LCD Television:
We have a new arrival to our raffle items for the Bazaar this year: A 40" LCD Television has just been donated. Raffle tickets will be sold at the Bazaar only with a drawing to be held on October 3rd. Don't miss out!!
Baked Goods:
We are looking for some of your yummy baked goods for our table. Start selecting those recipes, shopping for ingredients and consider volunteering your time to help at the booth.
Knit Booth:
If you have knitted items for the Bazaar, please contact Judy Ware (978) 258-6974 or May Pinault (978) 744-7244 to arrange for pick up or delivery, if you wish.
Money Raffle:
Tickets are coming in at a steady pace. If you haven't sent your tickets back, please do so today and consider getting a few more booklets to sell or take chances yourself for the $1,000 grand prize.
