4. General Information
Payment of Fees
• Deposits /payments will be accepted at time of booking or as per arrangement with each musician(s) of choice.
• Full or Balance payment must be made no later than the day of rehearsal. Payment is to be given to Pastor on that day or made in advance to the musician of choice.
Selections
• Your completed program selections must be made and submitted to the Director of Music at least three (3) weeks prior to the wedding.
