We have received about 45 of the churches back of the over 300 that were distributed in the Spring. We would like to see more of the churches returned.
Please bring them to Mass and place them in the blue container at the back of church or drop them off at the rectory Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9-11 am. If for some reason you cannot get out , please call the rectory and arrangements can be made to pick them up. For the small amount of churches that have been returned, we have raised a surprising amount of over $1,600. This is a wonderful amount but still a long way from the amount that is needed to replace the roof.
A big thanks to all who have returned your church or who have made a donation to this necessary cause.
A special thank you to all the children who took the churches home during the summer and put their hard earned money in their church to help us replace the church roof. This is so greatly appreciated.
Donations are still being accepted. Please mark your check or envelope as Roof Replacement. For those of you who have returned your church and would like a new one, or if you did not get one the first time, there are still some available. Please contact the rectory (978)744-1930.
